We measure critical tool parts for plastic injection molding, such as engraving inserts, side cores, and ejectors. Using advanced measuring devices like the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and PC-DMIS software, we ensure compliance with strict tolerances and achieve the highest level of precision. The CMM acts as our “digital finger,” tracing coordinates and detecting points on the surface of a part, which are then compared to technical specifications.
Measurement results allow us an early detection of deviations and errors in the production process, enabling quick corrective actions. This accelerates the tool assembly, reduces the number of corrections, and guarantees a flawless quality of plastic products.
