Metal inserts. There is an increasing demand for complex products or compounds, which have metal inserts inbuilt in the thermoplastic tool, which is why we are searching for suppliers for their production and development.

The 0-defect principle

We are constantly developing and improving our products, services, approaches, and organization, as well as the knowledge and the inclusion of our employees, in order to achieve 0 defects on our products. The quality of our final products depends mostly on the quality of purchased parts and services, which is why we develop the same principles in our suppliers.
Our automotive-industry standard
We demand from all suppliers whose products are intended for the automotive industry market to have a certified quality system following the ISO 90001 standard, as well as a basic knowledge and management of projects based on the APQP method (Advanced Product Quality Planning).
If the supplier had not had a formal APQP method training, the minimum requirement is for them to send a statement, with which they confirm that the projects follow the basic guidelines of the APQP method. We also require a development system aimed at acquiring a IATF 16949 certificate.
